Our primary service is the development and management of affordable rental homes for low- and moderate-income families. Unlike a typical landlord, our mission is your stability. We are a non-profit, which means we reinvest everything back into our properties and resident support. We build, and maintain our homes for long-term quality and sustainability.

We believe a great home is part of a great neighborhood. That’s why we invest beyond the four walls of our buildings. Our commitment extends to the entire community. We actively engage in community development activities designed to create and promote stable, healthy, and safe neighborhoods
